How it arrives.

Tracked the whole way
The link in your dispatch email follows your parcel to the door. With an account, every order and its tracking live there too.
Packed to travel
Each board is wrapped and boxed to protect its edges and corners on the way to you.
Damaged? We make it right
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. We email you a prepaid return label and replace or refund the board once it reaches us.

When will my order ship?

This is a pre-order. Boards ship in December, first come, first served, so the earlier you order, the earlier your board goes out. We email a tracking link the day your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum. The total amount you’ll be charged is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. For now we ship only to the 50 states and Washington, D.C. We can’t ship to freight forwarders or reshipping services.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, until your order is handed to the carrier. Email support@pansuara.com with your order number and the new address as soon as you can.

Tracking says delivered, but it isn’t here. What now?

Check around your door and with neighbors, and give it 2 business days in case the carrier scanned it early. If it still hasn’t turned up, email us with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund.

What if my order is delayed?

We email you with a new estimate. You can cancel for a full refund at that point, or keep your order. You can also cancel any time before it ships.
